Exhibitors info

Thank you for your interest in our sixth annual holiday sale taking place Saturday, December 7th, 2013 from 10 am to 3pm.
We have made some great changes to improve this years show.

Booth rental is $40.00 for the day, tables will be available to rent for
a fee of $5.00 each if you don’t have your own.

Previous exhibitors will be given first chance at reserving a booth, we do
have a waiting list so please reserve early.

Once again there are only a few electrical outlets available for exhibitors,
if you absolutely need power please reserve early to avoid disappointment.

We cannot run additional power or cords along the floor for safety and
insurance reasons

Guest admission to the show will be by donation this year – suggested donation is $2 per person.

Move in times and dates have not yet been confirmed, we will follow up with
further details once we get closer to the show dates

The show will open at 10:00 and ends at 3:00 (unless we still have a room full of shoppers)
The school has over 600 students so plan for a great show.

Do not send payment with your application, we will contact you and confirm acceptance and availability
All proceeds will go to ROMSPAC to benefit all the students at Royal Oak Middle School to enhance their clubs, teams, extracurricular and classroom activities.
